Responsibilities:

Provide support/guidance in daily activities

Teaching skills to support independence

Support community inclusion and integration

Assisting with daily living needs

Mentoring individuals to help build social skills and relationships
Qualifications:

18 years of age or older

High School diploma or equivalent
-
Valid driver's license
-
You may have to drive to client's home or with client, so a reliable form of transportation and good driving record
AFL PROVIDER
This position provides support and care for the member living in the AFL providers’ home. AFL services are provided in your home 24/7, unless the member is involved in other day programs or has been approved to receive respite or visit with natural support.
